That crazy arrow is going to be hideously annoying.

Um, wait. I actually think there is an issue with the previews... The hotspot should not be moving as the animation shows it. Cursor movement should be relative to the hotspt.

The new previews use smaller pictures (48x48 pixels) to fit into those boxes and be consistent with icon previews. The old preview with a stationary crosshair needed 32+32+1 pixels. Since there are only a handful of cursors with moving hot spots on the site, I think using a moving crosshair is a good compromise. It would be possible to limit the jumpiness of this concrete cursor by analyzing the actual shape of the cursor, but it would not be trivial - maybe I'll update the preview generator to be more intelligent when there is more time.

I don't like the simplicity. They arn't so unique. I suggest adding your own twist to them to make them less simple. They are okay, but the arrow wizard can create the arrows and the things that you added seem to simple. Again, maybe if you added your own twist they would be less simple and more unique.
