All Six-Bit Colors Cursors

This started when I saw ßaқ-דo-ßaṩix's "Rainbow Hue" set and thought I should make one with more colors and a less vertically-biased cursor shape. So here it is, complete with 64 colors evenly located throughout the visible spectrum, as well as a rainbow-cursor and two blanks.
