You can use Windows Control Panel or the cursor editor to customize you cursor. There is a big icon for this right on the start screen of the app. Cursor effects cna e set in Control Panel as well.

you should make some paddles with a clear glue/rubber and logos on them for sports teams and local universities. They would be a good seller at college bookstores and specialty shops.

Yes I agree; they should not add any video in all case.

No disrespect, but these tutorial videos are possibly the most boring videos I have ever watched. PErhaps you might consider Camtasia Studio 6, Or maybe Jing to make your videos.

Go to http://www.rw-designer.com/downloads.php
Then download the version 2007.1 from the cursor editor. Select your system arquitecture.
Do the setup, you may also find something about a 3D Editor. Enable it and then, wait for the software to be installed.
