When making 'busy' the spinning wheel size only changes for ONE frame, how do I select frames? 😞

guys first to select all frames hylight them with your mouse second to move the spinning wheel you first make a new layer next you need to select the new layer by clicking on it then make a spinning wheal on the new layer then all you have to do is move the spinning wheal to your desired placement then when your coustem cursor is done just save it as a .ani its easy as that 😊 😎
