Double-click it and select a different photo. It will replace the previous one.

Sounds wonderful. When will there be one for a MAC?

I dragged three or four downloaded templates into the picture frame area as instructed, but I got the "no-go" icon and couldn't get the template to appear. Am I doing something wrong?

Did at least one of them work? Do they have .rli extension?

Regarding the Mac version, it is not very probable there will ever be one. Macs are rare in Europe and I have no experience with creating apps for Macs.

No, none of them worked. They all have the .rli extension.

Update: They now all work! For some reason there seems to have been a time lag between when I first ran the program and when the downloaded templates were recognized by the program. Sorry for the false alarm. Thanks!

Yes, dragging-dropping .jpg's (I don't have any .png's) onto the open templates works nicely. Everything works as advertised.

Hm... If you have downloaded a copy of CardCreator from another sire, I would try re-downloading the CardCreator.exe from the link above to be sure that you have the correct file. The "no-go" icon indicates dragged file does not seem right, but it only checks the extension - if you have extensions hidden in Windows, maybe there is an additional invisible extension added - is the file type of the template "RLI file"?

Other than that you may try getting Paint.COM and opening the .rli file there to see if it is correct.

I think you may have missed my previous replies. Everything is working well now, just as the instructions say it should. I downloaded the program and .rli files from your site (http://www.rw-designer.com/make-cards). There are no invisible extensions.

You might a 'Stay on top' option for easier dragging and dropping of image files.

Its awesome but fewer of those templates wasn't work it well in sturdy 😎

The card creator should have an "open template" button that lets the user search through the personal file to find the place where they saved there custom templates. Just a suggestion.

I agree with the last comment. This software would be much easier and nicer to use if there was a button to browse and select templates, or even better a way to add them to the default 4 templates so they could also be selected by clicking through.

-Or a way to get windows explorer to give a thumbnail of the templates so that you could see what you are loading...

Actually, if you use the card creator plug-in for RWPaint, you would get all of those features (if you store your templates in the tagged library).

faccio prima ad elencare i template che funzionano ....

Riepilogo:
avevo scaricato moltissimi template di file con estensione .rli
ebbene ... la stragrande maggioranza non funzionavano ...
ne ho caricati parecchi su "RW-Paint-COM-2013.1" ho fatto varie
prove ma niente ... continuavano a non funzionare ...
poi per caso ho trovato la soluzione ...
per caso mi sono imbattuto in una vecchia versione ...e cioè ...

RW-Paint COM 9.1.0 ... sorpresa sorpresa ...

se si caricano i template su questo software e poi si risalvano ...
senza fare nessuna operazione ... si capito bene caricare i tenplate e salvarli ...
ebbene non so cosa succede ... ma i templte funzionano alla grande su Card Creator 1.0 ...
penso che i template scaricati ... siano stati creati con:
"RW-Paint-COM-2013.1" ... ma questo produce file.rli incompatibili con Card Creator 1.0 ...
Ho passato una giornata a caricare e salvare template ...
ma ora funzionano alla grande ...
mi sono dilungato troppo ...

Hello,I have a question-who is the author of the templates-poscards?

The authors of these templates-poscards are various users, like cdl, Vlasta, Sirea, Erik, The Male Boss, etc. Not everyone that makes those templates-poscards are just admins or contributors. Also, to use them just drag the template-poscard to CardCreator and then release, after doing that it will appear the template there. I hope this helped you 😊
