if you don't know how to change
1. right click on the app you wanna change it
2. click on the last button (called : Properties)
3. Click the seletion : Shortcut
4. Find the button name "Change icon"
5. Click on "brower" and select the picture you saved

this only work on computer if you want to do it on ipad / iphone download shortcut app and watch tutorial
