These are fantastic and I like them a lot.
The circles very much remind me of tyres which I like.
You’ve included all the cursor roles and hotspots are all correct as well.
Your set is consistent.
You’d should have added something to the working In background cursor to differentiate if from the busy cursor like putting WIB in it for example.
I particularly like the move cursors with its animation.
The unavailable cursor look great too especially with the greyed on background within the cursor that colours also suits that cursor role very well.
Overall a fantastic quality and design.

Download it, open the file to make sure, then go into themes in settings, click mouse cursor, select the cursor you want to change, on the top is a dropdown bar. Click it or hover idk, select downloads, then change the file type on the bottom to change it to Cursor if it isn't already, then select the cursor.
