Create a new canvas. Draw a semi-transparent circle as a layer. Then draw or copy a cursor as a new layer to show up on top of the circle layer. Lastly save your cursor.

I told you before. It is super easy. Download it first. Then extract all the cursors to a folder of your choice on your hard drive. Then go to your Additional Mouse Settings, select the Pointers tab, and from there apply each of the respective cursor roles individually one by one until you have changed them all. Lastly, click on the Apply button followed by OK to close the dialog box.
