The Person cursor looks a little weird but they are inside the halo circles so there are no problems with the design. Its all perfect. I am known to be a cursor maker who makes perfect cursors.

I do have a highlight black. Search for it.

I do not have any Mac Highlight Transparent cursors. I do not know how to make them, nor where to find them.

I wont remove the circle because it is part of the highlight theme. This set is still transparent. However, I do have other transparent sets available.

There are other sets on my profile without circles.
