To make a highlighted cursor set, create a second layer, and make sure to set it as the back layer for the background. Then draw a circle behind your cursors, whilst having your background layer selected. You then need to make the circle halo semi transparent. That is 50% transparency. After that is done, position your hotspots where they should be, then save your cursor set.

To create a cursor set you need to first download RW Cursor Editor. Then install it. Create a blank canvas and start drawing out the shape of your desired cursors. Frames can be used to create animations. Give it a try and lets see how it goes.

Those cursors are Windows 10X cursors with a touch of Linux to their shape and feel.

Yeah, it works well in Windows XP, but since you cannot use the additional two roles it feels like using XPX. There is no XPX but on XP.

Windows 10 X has been discontinued for quite some time now. Instead of Windows 10 X, Microsoft has decided to turn the tables around to make Windows 11 instead as a fresh operating system with a brand new look called Sun Valley. Sun Valley 2.0 will be released soon when the next update for Windows 11 is released.

This cursor set is a good one to use for Windows 11, as well as Windows 10. Do not hesitate to use it on Windows 11 if are want to use this set. You can make a Windows 11 dark theme that goes with this cursor set when fully applied. Enjoy this cursor set for use on Windows 11.

I did not forget about the Location Select and Person Select. I would like them to be added, but this cursor set does not come with those two additional cursors. There is nothing I can do, except waiting for them to be released, if possible.

Windows 10X was supposed to be there rather than Windows 11. Then Microsoft discontinued Windows 10X and decided to make Windows 11, which is so much better.

This black set is very nice.
