plus there is no working in background cursor
Black and blue goes very well together. You could of added a second inner outline of a lighter blue to make the blue outline stand out more. However, your set is very good so I gave you 5 out of 5 stars.

The theme is *drumroll* RAINBOW!! Using this cursor you need to make an animated cursor from it!! How the cursor looks 
The usual, basic, static cursors. I guess I cannot expect more. 😴

it is so good that i got it it works in all games if that game doesnt have its own custom cursor
