You have to click Download, go to Settings, click Personalization, click Themes, Click Cursors, and then once you click that, click Browse on the cursor you want to replace the downloaded one with, go to This PC, click Downloads, and then click on the cursor you want then click Open, then click Apply then click Ok. This won't work if you're on Mobile.

I really like the overall feel and animations these have. I don't even really mind how the link cursor looks, and I normally don't like those in general.

Literally my only complaint is the fact that the set technically isn't complete, because vertical resize is missing, but other than that it is 5 stars.
