You are wrong. There are hotspots for all the Pacman cursors. The reason why you do not see the hotspots is because the hotspots are positioned in the middle of each cursor. You can change your rating to five stars.

They are nice. I do not want to make an arrow at the top because that would ruin the look of those cursors. Those Pacman cursors are supposed to only be Pacman cursors with their hotspots in the middle of them.

I have made this cursor set based on the yellow Pacman, which I used as a template, and re-colored it according to the colors I intended to use. I am sorry to say that I will not make a rainbow Pacman cursor set. A rainbow version would be very nice but it would not be possible due to the fact that this would consist of only one cursor. Keep that in mind.

I can't make a Working in Background cursor role because this cursor set is supposed to replace the traditional spinning wheel cursor.

Eating dots sounds like a good idea, but it is too hard to implement. For that, I would need to find and search in the cursor junkyard for an eating dots Pacman cursor and give credit to the original author there. I would also be required to recolor the cursor role to make a set with many different colors.

Yes, they are cool Pacman faces. They move because they are all animated.

Just go to your additional mouse settings and choose pointer to change cursor roles.
