No, but these are the default Windows XP cursors, I just recolored them.

Windows by default already has every possible colour of default cursors.go to Ease of access -> mouse pointer and choose pointer colour. For detailed procedure search google

But it doesn't use the classic default cursors from Windows 95 - XP. It uses a modern one.
