This was so helpful! I needed to modify the default windows Hand/Link cursor into different positions, and this was a great place to start. However, for some reason it was displaying at the maximum size always. But once I opened and re-saved it in RealWorld Cursor Editor, it was fixed - the various sizes show up at the appropriate times.
