Not good, those are useless. Because if you search mouse on the control panel and click cursors it will appear there! just click the typoe of cursor u have now and click (none) and you will see this are the cursors.

But it would be great if u added the other links

I think Microsoft might've made the cursor bigger at some point after 98, so the fact that this is taken from 10's user32.dll instead of the corresponding DLL in 98 is a little disappointing.
