these backgrounds are more suitable as icons, and for each role all you did was to put the hot spot in a different place and name it a different role. these squares can't all act as different roles.

I know that these squares can't act as different roles. Those are just squares. I made them as cursors, but I could have made them as icons. You do not have to like them. Its your opinion.

You could add some bonus ones, like a rainbow, or inverted. If you don't know how to make and inverted cursor just, change make the canvas size to 1bit (black and White) then choose the color White and change the trasnparence to its máximum transparence. Finally start drawing a full inverted square cursor.
