This is a normal black cursor set designed for Windows 7. Need it! Come and grab it!

Black cursors are extremely common nowadays. They have become even more common that white cursors. The same thing with computers. Back in the 1990s, computers and keyboards were beige white. Now they are black along with keyboards being black. I don't understand the color change. It would be better if computers and keyboards would be in all other colors apart from the common black or white look.

I can't find the .ini file in the rar file...
Please help... Or could anyone tell me any alternative for .ini files...
