I do like the smoothness of these cursors... But they have no role. And it is always (tons) easier to use cursors when they are meant for a role specifically.

tutorial how to change the cusor:
1. open the link right there
2. search for something that you love
3. Click On This Cusor And Then Click Download
4. If You Have The File Drag It To The Cusors I Gonna Show You Where Is It C: Disk > Windows > Cusors
5. Go To The Settings And Go To Device > Mouse > Additional mouse options
6. Go To The Indicators
7. Click Browse...
And Here We Go! You Changed The Cusor
