I am not familiar with any means of creating and using a cursor larger than 32x32, aside from hacks, so unfortunately I can not. To make your cursors appear larger, though, you could manipulate your resolution to zoom in on your desktop. This might replicate the effect you are desiring.

I can't figure out how to make them my cursor. I click on them while I'm in browse in additional mouse settings and nothing happens.
