.cur cursors are static cursors i.e. not animated cursor files. ani cursor files are animated.

The normal cursor is .cur... ¿.ani?

Can you uploaded the cursor Normal.cur in animated mode --> Normal.ani?

Yes, I could. Then I would have to animate it. But an animated cursor is not always the best solution for a well usable cursor:
When you see a spinning cursor all the time, you maybe become crazy or it hypnotizes you. Apart from that, an animated cursor file needs more RAM on your Computer.
Maybe I will upload a second normal select that is animated. 😊
