One of the most thoughtfully made cursors ever. Something annoying and cool at the same the same time is the white stuff (not the sparkly things) or the shadows. Very good still. 5-5 stars. 😁 :-D

I guess its ok I love it

To install the mouse search for your 'cursors' folder and drag the downloaded cursor into that folder. Then go to control panel, appearance and personalization, personalization (The heading in green letters), on the left click change mouse pointer, double click on normal select and in the folder that should appear look for the cursor you downloaded. Choose it and click open then click ok or apply.

how to download cursor :
click on the download button in blue text
open a new file and name it 'blue cursor' or whatever u'd like it to be named as
then go the the zip file u downloaded double click it and select all files that were in there and drag it into the 'blue cursor' file so you are able to see all cursor images
then you will go to control panel and search for 'mouse' and click on 'change how the mouse pointer looks' then click 'pointers' and plug in the same selection so if it's 'normal select' click 'browse' > 'quick access' > 'downloads' > click on the file name and search for 'glow'. the glow cursor is the normal cursor. and then you plug in the same with the rest. i hope that helps you how to download the blue glow cursor. i've tried it myself and it works.
