when i shut my computer then come on the next day my cursor resets an i have to go to control panel again, how could i change this?

lol download it by clicking on it and press "SAVE" then go over to "CONTROL PANEL" and click on "MOUSE" then click on "POINTER OPTIONS" and then click "OPEN".
AND NO IT DOES NOT HAVE A VIRUS!!!
