It is actually your computer, that does causes you problems. To force your browser to save the files instead of opening them, right-click on the link and select "Save target as..." from the menu.

there is a whip in the standalone cursors section - just search for runescape from the main page and you'll find it

Download 'realworld cursor editor' to make cursors. click 'make cursor from picture' and your away.

hot spots are off for all the cursors, and only four cursors were put into the set. missing a bunch of roles including handwriting, precision select, move, vertical and horizontal resizes, diagonal resizes, unavailable, and more. slightly disappointing

Uhh people, you must go to your control panel, to mouse, to mouse locators, click on the 1th cursor in the list (static cursor) and open it, then save it under in the right corner, your static cursor shows up.
