YOU GO TO START, GO TO CONTROL PANEL, THEN CLICK ON MOUSE, THEN CLICK ON POINTERS, THEN BROWSE AND THEN CLICK ON MY RECENT DOCUMENTS, AND SCROLL DOWN TIL YOU FIND THE CURSOR YOU DOWNLOADED, THEN CLICK ON APPLY....THEN, 1 MORE STEP....................DUMB ASS!!

lol for bgs go to google then put in runescape cursor library. click on the first thing. then on the bottom of the first thing on the website it will say runescape godswords click on that. Look for your bgs then u know the rest 😁

google it first on images then if that doe'snt work, try microsofts image search

to get this pointer u just save it in a file then control panel printers and mouse click on mouse pointer then go to browser ur file where u saved it double click it last apply

First u download the cursor u want, then u go to the controlepanel and klick on the picture of the mouse.. when ur in that menue u klick on pointers.
then u klick on precision pointers and browse them.. go to the place u saved ur cursor ( preferably dashboard) choose ur cursor and klick save, it should now work
